In an alternate universe, a fearful Queen Aleena separates her newborn triplets along with three ancient necklaces with magical properties to make sure they stay out of the hands of the planet's deadliest villain, Mephiles the Dark.
Sonic, the eldest, goes to Aleena's old Freedom Fighter home, Knothole Village with knowledge of her existence. Sonia, the middle child, goes to fashion company owner and great friend of the Queen, Mr. LaTour. And, finally, Manic, the youngest, goes to a family of mechanics. Years later, on their eighteenth birthday, Sonic tries to unite with his siblings, find their mother together, and defeat the evil Mephiles with family friends Silver and Shadow, and rock out in an epic band.

Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Everything was okay until suddenly, Silver came back from the future and warned everyone that something worst was coming, not just the Chaos Emerald, but the Sol Emeralds and the Master Emerald. Worse than Black Doom or anyone they fought before. Mephiles The Dark has return with new powers and sinister allies that could destroy what Sonic, and everyone been fighting for. Before they could start their search on Chaos Emeralds and fight Mephiles again, the Master Emerald glows up and spoke to them. He told them to find someone who would help them to defeat Mephiles and everything will be restored. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).
