Owens Beaufort has had everything handed to her for her entire life. As the daughter of royalty, all that has been asked of her is that she attend her lessons and conduct herself properly in public. It is safe to say that Owens does not do this. She is rebellious and can often be seen running late for everything she does. When Owens meets James, she immediately develops an interest in him, even though he is an Under. As the two try to navigate a teenage romance, there is a rebellion brewing in Ashad. Will they survive the hardship, or will it tear them apart?

Authors Note *These characters are morally grey. They will not do the right thing, they will make all the wrong decisions and have no consequences for it. This was originally a piece for my high school english class, so you may not see any mature themes until later on in the story. I have no idea how long this will be, I may lose motivation, or I may write 100 chapters.*

Not every blonde is stupid. In the South if you're a beautiful, blonde, blue-eyed girl high expectations are made. Either you're not extremely smart, so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. Or you are smart and you just pretend to be dumb so you find yourself a suitable husband to take care of you. All her life Avery Skinner has been told what to do and how to do it- by everyone. By her mother, the girls she calls friends, the guys in school, teachers, family, even Mark the mailman. Needless to say, she's sick of it. Its time Avery took control of her life or at least get a firm grip on the sucker. She's loved football ever since she was a little girl. Yet she could never play because ladies aren't supposed to do such barbaric things. Especially in the South- unless its a rodeo and you're wearing those ridiculously tight outfits that show you're navel or showing you can hold your liquor. Avery has longed to be on the field, throwing the ball instead of cheering on the team her dad coaches that can't seem to win. Then her best friend Austin forces Avery to and for sometime everyone is fooled. But the truth can only be hidden for so long. The moment the townsfolk of Stonehenge, Alabama learned it was a girl under that helmet, was the moment true colors showed. It hasn't been easy and it won't get any better but Avery is here to play. * Avery is going to face REAL life problems, and not nice people. She's going to deal with sexual harassment, mean words, rude people, pregnancy, injuries, steroids, etc.. In this story I want to exemplify how sexist and cruel humans can be. There will be hard moments, but I want to put it out there because it IS a serious problem. Harsh language and such will be present. You have been warned, don't read it then complain. He still dares to speak .I got soo frustrated that I gave him a hard punch that he became limb. I stood and kicked him in the stomach for satisfaction. Heyyy, nice to have you stop by ;) This story is about a group of young people aged 17-20 who wash up on a deserted island.🏝️ They are good friends, but over time they start to notice tensions rising within the group. It happens that several of the guys fall for the same girl, and things go completely wrong. - Juliette often stays close to Emiel, since they're a couple, but her gaze keeps drifting towards Victor, whose sharp humor and self-assured attitude unknowingly intrigue her. She has a slight fear of Victor. - Emiel is Juliette's partner and would do anything to protect her. He's quite jealous, but only when necessary. He's a real man, not a boy. - Victor occasionally throws a challenging look at Emiel, as if silently daring him. Emiel feels more and more uncomfortable. Victor is very smart and cunning, and he would do anything to win Juliette over, convincing her that Emiel isn't right for her, but that he himself is. Victor is the most unreliable, clever, and sly guy. He has his eye on Juliette but makes it all too obvious. He must and will convince her to be with him, showing her that he's the only right one... though that's not actually the case. - Robbe is the smart one in the group. - Gina is clairvoyant. - Amber, who watches all of this unfold, often plays calming melodies on her harp. She has an intuitive gift to sense when tensions rise, and her music usually keeps the group in balance. There is romance, violence, and coarse language, so sensitive readers are warned!! For each sensitive scene, there will be a "T.W.⚠️" present, which will also close with "End of T.W.⚠️". I hope you enjoy the story and give it a chance! Hopefully, I'll get some feedback to guide me. Love you 💕 Lynn x
