The world discovers the there are special people out there with powers greater than any human is capable of. How do they react?
They release something called the extermination decree, waging an all out war against the 'mutants'.
Xander is a mutant. A victim of the war and also the one leading the group that are counter-attacking the government and society that's out to eliminate them.
Not only does Xander have to fight against those who what to murder him and hundreds of others; he also has other internal wars to wage.
Will Xander break down and destroy himself before the extermination decree does?
Will he get his revenge against those who took everything away from him?
Only time will tell.

The underground human organization "The Revengeance" wants revenge (obviously), and will do anything to protect earth, even if that means destroying every species in their way. As such, a greed driven young rogue takes things into his own hands and goes onto a journey that will take him across the entire district when his country and people are in danger, but will he be able to stop the conspiring nobles from taking over the entire continent?
