Dream was always Interested in witchcraft and stuff. After a while he actually learned to use dark magic. Around somewhere in December he met a guy named George in a forrest. George was an elf. George's parents where The king and queen. George ran away from his parents because he couldn't deal with being "perfect" anymore. Meanwhile Dream never met his parents, little did he know that his parents where one of the best Witches (I preffer to use witch for male ,female and non-binary)ever alive(Harry Potter vibes). George also has some some secrets to discover .(Witches and wizards always hide their identities because humans are scared of them, same goes for other mythical creatures.)

Dream has never really been interested in girls, he never thought much into it. He had been told that when he met the one he would know, but as he flew through relationships he never felt that. Maybe at some point he had given up on the idea of love, until he started to develop strange feelings.
