Sarah Williams was the first and only friend Franklin Hartford ever made when she moved to a new town to live with a new foster family. Since Sarah walked right up to Franklin on her first day of freshman year of high school to introduce herself and convince her to join the theatre, they had been attached to the very hip. Now it's their senior year and things in their lives have gotten wild. Franklin had been adopted by her Forster family. Sarah started to wish her father never remarried so that she wouldn't have an annoying little brother. One afternoon the girls realize that Sarah is out past curfew.
