A plane's left engine failed at take off, causing it to spiral off the runaway and hit the ground.

A plane stopped in the middle of flight, and fell straight down into the ocean.

A plane's autopilot failed and flew the plane into a erupting volcano.

A control tower operator directed the plane into a hanger, where it's wings hit the walls and exploded.

A plane crashed into another jet, causing both planes to fall apart and fall 10000 feet in the air.

The only things these crashes have in common, is it left
no survivers.
