Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. I'm determined, stubborn, persistent and I will live passed 16. Fate made a big mistake setting me up to die. Since it threw this plot twist at me, I figure I'll return the favor. I'll be the biggest plot twist Fate never saw coming...

Sun Wukong sighed, letting his feet dangle off the edge of the ship, the wind was harshly blowing against him. Even when the ship was sitting still, the deserts wind was still harsh. Mk, sensing a new story to learn, sat down next to his mentor with excitement. Only when he saw the somber look did he realize the weight this story had on him. "Um... Who is she again?" Mk asked, rubbing the back of his neck, looking backwards to the rest of the crew. Sun Wukong grumbled words before shaking his head with a sigh. "Someone that I had accidentally mistreated." Mk turned back around as the rest of the crew got closer to listen in on Wukongs story. His tail was carefully tucked next to him as he rested his head in a palm. "She was just trying to do her job, but slowly her friends fell one by one. They were driven to insanity from the burden their job held. She was the strongest one, and she was the last to fall. She succumbed to her power, and it slowly ran through her. All I can say is that the last thing that remained of her was a pile of ash." Wukong slowly pulled a small looking urn. (Fem. reader) My name's Y/n, and before my life changed drastically in some good and bad ways, I was a normal person. I was just a normal girl who went to high school, and I also had trouble making friends, which is why I was dubbed "The Loner" in school. The title, I didn't mind as much, but I did start to mind once I started getting bullied for it. Fights would always be the results of it, and somehow, I'd always get in more trouble. Why? Cause this certain group of bullies liked to bully other people, and I tried to defend the victims, but I'd always be the one that ended up suspended. When I got home after days like that, my sister, the one I live with, she didn't pay me any mind, even if she didn't have work that day. She'd always be talking or playing games with her friends on days she didn't have work, and never spent time with me, which made me all the more lonely. My only comfort was watching the Lego Monkie Kid, my comfort show. It was the only thing that got me to smile, laugh, and cry when I felt lonely. All I want is just to be loved. Love is all I want. One day, another boring and lonely day at school, the bell had rung, signaling the end of the day. I got excited for it because I was finally gonna watch LMK season 5, but I saw a group of bullies messing with an innocent person, so I stepped in to help the person, but in the process, I was pushed down the stairs, causing my neck to snap, and I died. I thought I was dead dead, but I woke up as a baby, not just any baby, a baby monkey demon, and you wanna know who my dad was? Sun Wukong the Monkey King from LMK. I didn't know what to feel, but all I knew was that I got reincarnated a little ways before the Brotherhood attacked the Celestial Realm. Just like some reincarnation stories, I wasn't able to stop it, but as time went on, I went on this LMK journey, becoming friends with MK and the others, I think I even gained a crush. But what I've been wanting in my past life and this life was love.

When Pigsy both sent the two out for noodle deliveries, MK went to deliver his stack of noodles, while you did your deliveries, and while you did your deliveries, you found a staff, for a second, you thought it was Monkey King's staff, but it was black highlighted with gold. Without thinking, you picked it up and felt a surge of power through you, and that's when you met Macaque. He looked almost like Monkey King, but with black fur. He saw the staff in your hands and explained to you that only he could pick it up, but when he saw you holding it, he decided to take you under his wing, and make you his successor. So from that point, you trained to be a warrior and fought demons along with your brother. A/n-The reader has the exact same powers Macaque has, like aquatic breathing, enhanced hearing, Shadow Manipulation, Shadow Cloning, Shadow Monkeys, Shadow Transportation, Shadow Hiding, Smoke Generation, and shape-shifting. Going Undercover With a Yikver
I need that promotion. So what if I have to pretend to be a whore? So what if I have to prance around in little clothing, go around flirting, and deal with dangerous men? It's all to take the Raven's down and get that damn promotion. Only problem is my partner... he's a Yeikver, an alien whose ancestors came to earth years ago seeking refuge and caused mayhem once they landed. If my parents knew, they'd chain me to their house to prevent me from going on with my assignment. It's a good thing I didn't tell them, then. Now I'm dancing in clubs, pretending to be a Yikver's whore, and coming closer to one than I have ever before in my entire life. And the crazy thing is... maybe Yeikver's aren't as bad as I was raised to believe. Maybe there really are two sides to every story. Well, here's mine... *Mature content* ... very mature.. Like, descriptive, omgggggg, ahhhhhh, mature... Enjoy! hehehe P.S I know the cover sucks, listen I tried. There's descriptions in the book, I hope you do a better job of picturing it than I did editing it lol Also, please keep in mind I wrote the first chunk of the story in one go and then edited it once before uploading. Then finished the rest in another go and once again, edited it once before uploading it. Take this story for what it is; a romance with alien smut lol. I feel like I tried to make it realistic and avoid silly grammar errors but its definitely no Nobel Prize haha. I thought adding the whole undercover spy aspect to the story would make it more interesting but surprise surprise... I'm not actually a spy! And I don't have a brain like one either lol.
