Six months have passed since the incident with Team Flare that left all of Lumoise City in disrepair.  It hasn't been an easy journey, but the residents of the region have proven once again that they are stronger than their weaknesses. They have rebuilt and everything seems to be going right once more.

Until one gym leader begins to have these...dreams. Dreams that aren't really dreams. Visions of a different time and a different life altogether.  At about the same time, earthquakes begin to rip across the region, having no explainable source or epicenter. They appear to be caused by some kind of unnatural being. 

And this is all extraordinary timing for our heroes to converge on the city for a brief competition; featuring some of the greatest competitors from around the world. Naturally, that includes one particular trainer and performer.

Now, armed with their friendship and very little knowledge of what they are up against, our group of heroic friends must journey into the heart of the conflict, put right one of the region's greatest mysteries, and maybe even save the world in the process.

Now having to try and get Ash to be himself to be ready for the Kalos League causes her emotional pain and sometimes even physical. Ash has to find himself during his journey in order to be able to take on everything in his way, from his best friend Calem to his Arch Rival Damian... To even his own father. Half Ash and half Alain in the character of Ash Ketchum, there will be a good combination between battle styles and a good amount of combinations between overall personality and maturity. Ash is a teenager by the way! Will Ash win the league? Or because this being his first journey will he fall in the way? Amourshipping is the main ship of this fanfiction by the way! Rated everyone, but be warned for violence and some strong language (usually will have a star in the bad word) and some depictions of blood as well. For an old friend of Serena, this was something they fought against. Meet Stan Reagan, a Kalos native who had served in the Navy to follow a legacy in his family. After he had soley survived a massacre that occurred when he was in elementary school in Lumiose City in which a group of radicalized religious fanatics called the Order of Christ and Allah, or the OCA, had sent someone to kill everyone in the school due to it being a Bring a Pokémon to School Day, Stan made a vow to stop them in whatever way he could. As such, he had joined the Armed Forces to hunt down the terrorists, and make them face justice. Many had said the Armed Forces were too dangerous, but the Pokémon Rangers called upon them for assistance from time to time. However, the biggest threat had yet to be unleashed. Years after Ash had become World Monarch, the largest mass killing of law enforcement occurred. Due to the OCA now being tried for their crimes, Stan's time in the Armed Forces was over. Still, they continue their journey to save the world from darkness and enter the past, as Temporal Tower starts its collapse. This is set before the story of PMD: Explorers of Sky. This is my story plot, and Crystal/Pearl is my Trainer OC. I have a previous book that I recommend, but it doesn't add much to this story or the next.
