Allison Matthews (Alli) is the newest team member to join the BAU. From the very beginning of her new career she finds herself becoming very attached to Dr. Spencer Reid as well as SSA Derek Morgan, whom she has been sleeping with. As Allison struggles to adjust from her small town world to life in the city, taking on more heinous crimes than she has ever imagined, and facing a ghost from her past that has come back to haunt her she finds herself reaching out to both men for comfort. As the stress of the situation starts to take it's toll on the entire team, Allison, Spencer and Derek are faced with some very difficult decisions. Will the team, who consider themselves a family, be able to hold up under the pressure?
