Magic exists in every corner of the world, a long lost art which outlasts persecution. It doesn't exist in any single form or person, too large to be contained by one. By the twentieth century, it seems to be only a myth.

Minerva Amata doesn't take much pride in being mythical. A sentencing, a blight, a curse which brings nothing but trouble. For that reason, she takes on her existence utterly alone. Lonely beyond reason with a secret which belongs only to her.
