This is an exhilarating crossover between Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel and The Bureau of Magical Things. The narrative unfolds after the events of "Magic Misfire" in Super Ninja Steel and before "Doom Signal," and it also occurs after "End of the Road" in The Bureau of Magical Things Season 1, right before the commencement of Season 2, which incorporates elements from Shuriken Sentai Ninninger Shinobi 38, along with some elements from the Ninninger movie, such as the Ninja T-Rex Zord and Ninninger vs. Toquger.

The story revolves around Orla, who cunningly escapes from prison and forms an alliance with Madame Odius. Together, they hatch a diabolical plan to steal the Ninja Power Stars and harness the potent Orb of Lemuria, which has resurfaced, with the intent of seizing control of the world and obliterating the Department of Magical Intervention.

As the Rangers from Super Ninja Steel join forces with their new allies, including Kyra, Imogen, her brother Darra, Lily, Rusky, Peter, and the knowledgeable Professor Maxwell, they embark on a mission to confront the formidable coalition of Odius and Orla. Their ultimate goal is to thwart their malicious intentions and save the city of River City in Australia from impending doom.

Ruka, a girl with a troubled and at times traumatic past who usually fought alone, accepts after barely losing a sword duel to Hana. She soon finds herself bonding with the other members of the Fox Knights, in particular their second-in-command and only boy Yoshiro Arikawa despite the two of them frequently arguing, and she also finds herself becoming its third-in-command and primary trainer as they battle magical beast after magical beast.
