Charlee has spent years out of the spotlight. That is until a mysterious text from a stranger sets events in motion that she never expected. This story takes place directly after the ending of the popular phone detective texting game Duskwood. All credit goes to Everbyte- I highly recommend playing the game prior to reading this. While some things from the game will be hinted at, the vast majority of the plot of the game has not been included in this fanfiction.
