With the betrayal of the tormentor of hell, Zabiak, and the murder of Satan, the ruler of darkness, the gates of hell were opened to the world. During a year of unquenchable fire that engulfed half the planet and killed thousands of people, the rulers of the remaining lands decided to combine their powers to put an end to this tragedy. From this ring of power, crystal blades were created along new frontier lines. The circle of power was at the center of the four lands, Chiaro. The three states of Mewel, Lupa, and Tenin became the state of the seral land of which Chiaro was the capital, and the ruler of Chiaro, who had the most territory, was elected to rule the land.
