Y/N is a normal person living in City Z with their roommate. Although Y/N isn't THAT normal. Having the inexplainable power to distort space and time to their delight, they decide to become a hero after a few incidents. But while a hero, Y/N meets Hellish Blizzard, a hero at the top of Class B, who is intrigued with Y/N's capabilities. I'm too lazy to write the rest of the description.
