In the early days of existence, to maintain the balance of the Cosmos, the Gods created two vital energies, the Chaos Magic and the Order Magic. These two powers, complementary to each other, are responsible for ensuring that the multiverse remains in constant balance, as all things should be. 
To take care of these magics and protect the multiverse, the Gods blessed the Cosmos with two beings capable of mastering them: the Order Keeper, imbued with Order Magic, and the Scarlet Witch, vessel of Chaos Magic.  
However, when one of them decides to use their power in a way that compromises the stability of the multiverse, something needs to be done, as soon as possible.
