Bakugou Katsuki is a multimillionaire playboy and undercover hero called Dynamite after being inspired by an old hero Allmight to make a statement against all the crime in the city of UA (Gotham) he starts to be a great hero, but one day a new challenger comes into the picture, joker..., a green haired pansexual twink villain with a knack for murder but one day his nemesis is found pained and panicked from the asylum he was supposed to get better in.

Civilians he'd turned mad and forced them to use their quirks on the four boys. They couldn't hurt to civilians. They're innocent. But the villain, Madane, wasn't letting up and Dynamite was running out of stamina.
