Steve Harrington and Billy Hargrove don't really get on the same page and see eye to eye, making them enemies.
When a bet made at a party is the start of a turning point for their relationship. Will their relationship worsen or thrive?
Billy just moved to Hawkins and he's already rapidly gaining popularity within the town however Steve thinks he's just another bully in Hawkins High who lacks patience and beats anyone up when he just feels like it.
Steve fell from his popularity throne after changing his personality for the better after his break up with Nancy, now he's known as a nobody while occasionally getting bullied by Tommy Hagan and the basketball team. Billy takes an immediate dislike to Steve, assuming he's just another happy-go-lucky spoilt brat spending his parent's money thinking he's above everyone else.
Will both sides learn that they both are not so different after all, and both have issues they keep in the dark not telling anyone else?
