The school's Fall Ball is around the corner, marking the fiery season of fall with its changes and surprises.

Chase finds himself at the heart of it all when his best friend Lucy takes the stage, and asks him out to the fall ball in front of a crowd with a song, unaware that he had already gotten back together with his ex-girlfriend, Della; Lucy's former best friend.

Saying yes to Lucy's invitation when put on the spot, gets him caught in a frenzy of the fractured friendship between the girls.
