I dealt with disordered eating my whole life, but during quarantine- a switch flipped and my disordered eating manifested itself into an eating disorder that left me battling hunger the first thing I'd wake up to and last thing on my mind before bed. I detail some of the big to small moments within my short lived eating disorder in these journal entries.

Recovery is possible, no matter how far deep in you think you are.
