This started as the origin story for my OC, and it still is, but I wanna expand it a little beyond that. I bring to you Project WAR DOGS: the memoir of First Lieutenant Allen (Toxeus) Fox.
The story takes place in an alternate timeline where anthropomorphic animals coexist with humanity, and in the year 2020, a second war between the two Koreas sparks. Fighting happened on not only the peninsula, but also on many Pacific islands. The war ended in late 2024.
The two main factions in this war were The Coalition(which was an alliance between Russia, China, and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea) and NATO.
This story is still in the process of being refined, I could very well add several hundred more words to any chapter at any given time to expand on what Allen is feeling in each scene and what he observes. On the other hand I could cut out a lot to tighten the pacing. Of course I'll also be hammering out minor typos throughout.
