Twenty-three year old Clovis Webber is a working-class member of society. Growing up an orphan, he was always introverted and never had many friends, and now lives alone in a cheap apartment in the city.
When Clovis wakes up in a world that isn't his own and told he's been chosen to save it from a great evil, he shrugs off his confusion and goes with the flow, happy to be in a place where the impossible is possible.
With the help of a battle-hardened Queen, Clovis must travel around the land to rescue the world from the ruthless evil. Will he succeed, or will the world and its people be plunged into darkness forever?

This story was started when I was in seventh grade. I finished the original when I was a senior in high school. Displeased with the finished product, I began to rewrite it here, starting June 2015, then again in 2020. I am quite satisfied with the result, and am sure this will be the final edition. This isn't the first book of the series, but there's no spoilers for 'The World is Larger than it Seems', so you can start on this one. The story is far from finished, however, and I hope to eventually finish the series.
