They secretly began a relationship which was short lived as Klaus threatened Kol and ordered him to end the relationship. Kol had resisted at first but he soon gave in and ended the relationship, breaking Davina's heart in the process. Davina ran away from the Mikaelson's leaving them devastated. They never saw her again after that, they searched for her but never found her.
