The Lamentation of the Apprentice

Before the plague, Vesuvia was vibrant. People smiled more and the city was always filled with music, despite the tyrant Count Lucio tearing away at every aspect of civilian life. It was also where Asra met YN, as awkward and embarrassing as their first encounter was, they formed a connection that not even spells could break. Unfortunately, when the plague starts to spread fast, Asra is determined to run while YN is determined to find the cause of the sudden curse that of fell upon their home. With the hope for Vesuvia vanishing, the two make choices that neither of them would forget.
