What if Luffy was a massive prodigy in comabat, so when he ate the Hito Hito no mi: Model Nika, Luffy actually knew the true nature of the fruit, being able to master its most basic abilities almost instantly, and again able to master its gears, or transformations, within years, being able to combine the other four gears perfectly with his gear five form before he was to even set off for his adventure, while also being taught haki along side his sisters by their grandmother, Garp?

In this world, Luffy is a rarity, being the only male who has the ability to use haki and successfully eat a devil fruit, watch as he travels the seas, battling, befriending and f*cking his way to victory, being not only the new Sun God Nika, the third incarnation of Joyboy, while also being the only male on the seas.
