First Male Villain is A Slut Maker

Izuku Midoriya, a boy born into a female dominant world who only sees men as children making supply or manual work servants, and what makes things worse is that this female dominant world has super powers which are called quirks and only females have, so women torture men with their quirk for just the sake of fun and Izuku was a victim too.... but that would all change when he finally received a quirk after a fall, the first man with a quirk.... but his anger might make his take the path of revenge
