It's been eight years since the incident with Anna, and Princess Elsa's powers are growing fast. She's afraid of them, and fears hurting her family. She still never leaves her room. Her parents keep trying to help her hide her power, telling her to "Conceal, don't feel", making her believe that she's a monster, and that they hate her.
