                       Spring break in Hawkins, 1986.

Olivia Cunningham expected a boring spring break and nothing more. But on the first day, her twin sister is found brutally murdered. Even worse, the number one suspect is the only person she thought of as a friend; Hawkins High's very own freak, Eddie Munson. Who she just so happened to kiss once. Now, Liv will do everything to avenge her sister, even if that means hunting down and killing her only friend. 

Then as more bodies drop, a Satanic Panic starts to rise as Hawkins collapses into utter chaos. There is some kind of evil lurking in the shadows of Hawkins, preying on the tortured souls of the town and Liv and her newfound companions will do anything to stop it, even if it's the last thing they do...
