Becky grew up in a foster home with seven other kids. She was the sixth out of the bunch. The home wasn't particularly abusive or neglectful. Her Fosters knew the system. the place was clean, and they had plenty of food. but there were subtle things that social workers ignored. The biggest was non of the kids were potty trained. Her foster parents didn't even bother to try. They got extra money from the state for diapers if the kids were diagnosed with incontinence. Becky tried to rebel in the first grade by potty training herself. Her fosters didn't refuse to get her panties, but they didn't help her potty train. After wetting herself in school during lunch, she consigned to be diapered for life.
