StormMaster a being created by the 'primordial' council of the Marvel universe to bring balance to the scales of Justice within the DC universe. Around the year 1000 B.C. StormMaster was tricked into crossing into an unknown dimension, yet turned this confusing event into an opportunity, to help others and make friends.
