Jayda Edwards has always lived a life that looks perfect from the outside - the flawless GPA, designer wardrobe, polished friend group, and just enough charm to disarm anyone who questioned how she got there. As the only Black girl in her elite private school class, she's spent years being exceptional. Performing. Surviving. All within the cocoon of Atlanta's wealthy, curated world of country clubs, legacy names, and unspoken rules.

The campus is more diverse than anything she's ever known, but instead of feeling seen, Jayda feels invisible. She's not used to the noise, the freedom, or the overwhelming reality of having to figure out who she is-outside of her last name and perfectly curated life.

Yoongi Min, on the other hand, wants nothing more than to blend in. The quiet basketball recruit from Minnesota is on scholarship and one his wealthy, strict parents only allowed him to accept after serious resistance. They expect him to major in something practical, stay out of trouble, and never forget that nothing in life is guaranteed.
