How do you measure, measure a year?
So much can happen in one night. So much can happen in one year. Love, betrayal, heart-break, dispair. Though, in one night you can meet someone who will change your life completely, for better. Follow the story of eight friends in New York City, 1989. While fighting off poverty and the deadly disease taking thousands of people, they also have to face the problem of loving someone and losing someone. They have to face the fact that at any moment they can be evicted and thrown onto the streets. They have to fight off the urge to dive into their addiction even deeper. Though, life may just get better with the love and friendship for each other.
