Virgil, Janus, and Remus were taken from their families at a young age and were put into a villain facility, were they were supposed to spend most of their lives.

The trio was soon were met face to face with city's new heros. As they find more secrets of who they really are and why they were the ones to be chosen to be villains. Maybe joining the hero's sounds like a good idea?
