TRIGGER WARNING- this book includes graphic details on topics of abuse, self harm etc. She cowered in a corner, her arms up in front of her ready to block the punches she knew were coming. She let out a cry as she felt the sharp pain at the side of her ribs as he kicked her. "Please, I m sorry, I won't do it again" she begged him and was met with multiple hits to the stomach. "You never learn!" he shouted as he grabbed his belt. She knew what was coming. She tuned to look at the woman stood near the door pleadingly. "Please Mum! I'm sorry. Please make it stop" she cried, tears streaming down her face. The woman walked over to her and a loud slap echoed the dark empty room. She turned to her husband and gave him a nod. All you could hear were Kira's screams and the sound of leather making contact with her skin. As she felt the darkness coming over her she couldn't help but think 'Why do my own parents hate me so much'. Kira has been abused for as long as she can remember, being in a family who have the power they have make things that much more complicated.

Heads up this story is pretty old and kinda bad so I don't rlly recommend reading😬 Anyway ~~~~ "P-please, just leave m-me alone," I whisper, mentally slapping myself for stuttering. "Oh? Does the outcast want to talk?" she asks. --- For Jamie, being a senior in high school isn't easy for them. Bullies treat them like trash everyday, and it's even worse when you're the odd one out. Literally, being non-binary in a Christian school. Until a few nice people start reaching out...maybe it won't be so bad... ‼️CAUTION//TW: CONSTANT MENTIONS SELF HARM, SUICIDE, GRIEF, AND BULLYING‼️
