Fifteen year old Sophy Davis's lips are sealed when she is forced to keep five different secrets- her little brother has cancer, she has a crush on Dean who is Pepper's boyfriend, Dean is cheating on Pepper, her dad lost his job, and Sophy is planning on dropping out of school.
When she figures out that all of the secrets are connected, she has to choose what secret she is willing to tell.
