One day her mum has packed her suitcase and walked out on them and so her dad, thinking it's the right time moves to a new school a new toon for a new fresh start. At her new school she meets a boy called Jay and soon they become amazingly close friends. He has had a troubled past and lives with a foster family. When her mum returns, she comes back with a secret that changes Sophie's whole life. Who is her half brother?
