After graduating top of her class at Top Gun. Lt. Savannah 'Skylar' Kazansky got deployed to the Bering Sea. Leaving her family and friends behind. Five years later, her Captain informs her that she is going back to Top Gun. 

Even though her dad is a well respected Admiral (Commander of the US Pacific Fleet), Savannah still has no idea whose going to be there or what's going on. But one thing for sure, she is most excited to see her family again.
