A group of children get attacked by an unidentified creature while playing a game of hide and seek. Only one of them survived, or so they thought. Tommy, one of the children from the group, went missing and they assumed he died as he didn't have any way of seeing where he was going. His best friend, Toby, refused to believe he was dead. Will he find out who or what harmed Tommy, or will he die trying?

Credit to my friend Lex for making the cover.

This story is heavily inspired by Whispering Pines by Heidi Lang and Kati Bartkowski, so a few story elements in the prologue will be similar to certain parts in the book.

Some of my friends have helped me with the story. I give credit for their help to Ashley Tyler and Sawyer Edwards. As well as Memphis Nevile for requesting the story to be written.
