Rory Mentos is preparing for the biggest part of her life so far. College. When Rory's great Uncle passes, and leaves a sum of money, her Mom buys a lake side cabin hotel. Rory is used to her Mom picking up new hobbies and intresets. She's also used to her Mom dropping each new hobby and interest before she even can ready the directions. But when Rory sees that her Mom is finally serious about something, other than Rory, she can't help but move into the main cabin and help her Mom run the hotel. Just until college Rory promises, but then Rory meets the son of a rival hotle owner on the other side of the lake, and well, first love can make you do things you'd never think you'd see yourself doing.
