Madison and Moon. Best friends for ever. Swore to one another that they would never leave each other. If one had to move, they would go together. Even if they were in a relationship. They swore to one another. They promised.
Madison is 17. Moon is 16. They have been best friends since the 5th grade and have made it all the way to 11th. They're both living in Michigan and go to the same school. Moon and Madison are in separate relationships, but swore their alliance to one another. And when Moon's girlfriend, Izzy, is moving back to Romania, Moon is convinced she must go with her. Madison refuses to leave her boyfriend, Cameron, behind. Cameron states he is not leaving, and Madison is torn between leaving or staying.
Madison and Moon are both furious with each other and get into multiple fights about the situation. But one day they get into the biggest fight they've ever had. They are so furious that they stop talking to each other. This causes Moon to go to Romania with Izzy and Madison to stay in Michigan with Cameron. Madison and Moon never got back into contact with each other.
In Romania with Moon and Izzy, an unfortunate and terrible accident causes Moon to move back to the US. Back in Michigan, Madison has no idea that Moon has returned. But with fate, the two of them see each other on the street. What will happen to the two ex-best friends that have been torn apart for 3 years time? Will they reconnect and have their friendship become stronger than ever or will they act like they never met?
