Their unity only made them stronger. No one could take them down in their current states. There was peace between nations. Aside from the random Kaguya worshipper who wanted to try to free her now and again. Which is why they really should have been ready when their foe whipped out a time travel jutsu and declared he'd kill their childhood selves.

She had a goal and she will fulfill it and worrying about someone's death isn't going to help her either. In a flash of yellow she was gone like she wasn't even there in the first place.....

Unfortunately, I believe NONE of the characters stood a chance to be mentally healthy, considering trauma is around every corner for them. If you want a fic that depicts this world in rose colored glasses, this may not be the fic for you. They knew Endeavor was trying for a kid with both quirks which is why they're good friends. They were hoping for that too. Once the two quirk-wielding children were born, the adults already planned for an arranged marriage. They never knew how Enji treated his family though. Sasuke rushed over to Hinata's side, admiring her voluptuous figure. He really was in love with his future wife. He began to place kisses across her jaw, "I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you." Life is an odd creature. Sometimes the expected turns out to be unexpected, and other times it's the other way around. When you add two time travelers from the future, a former avenger, and a princess of compassion, playing with timelines might turn perilous. He would never expect her to be his future, and she would never expect him to be hers. Maybe they're not meant to be together, but maybe they are. Perhaps they only need to be prodded. Perhaps two passengers are required. This is either a story of true love or a jumble of feelings. I don't own Naruto, otherwise what would I do with ninjas?
