Then one day, the president of Hiden Industries, Aruto Hiden, receives a video from an anonymous source that shows Humagears in several countries worldwide going berserk with an ominous voice simply saying, "Humanity's fate shall now be sealed thanks to you, Mr. President." Aruto began searching for a specific Humagear and Human duo that are stationed in the U.S. who can help fight this new deadly threat that had suddenly emerged

In the year 199X, the Earth was engulfed by nuclear flames. The oceans have dried up, the land has been torn apart. It's now a world where no living thing seems to be left, but, mankind hasn't died, and in this new age, violence rules. In that age, guns are no longer the atvantage, only those, who has martial arts, are capable to have the atvantage in the fight, and those, who are strongest, are dominating in rule. Joe, has returned from the future and was able to stop the nuclear war, however, now he's got more dificult task ahead of him: from what he learned from the future, Hokuto school is facing a new tragedy in form of their students rebelling against their master, plus, there's also a disorder in Nanto Seiken school as well. When Nanto is covered by the cloud, Hokuto will appears. However, in order for Hokuto to achieve it's goal, the Guidance Star will appear to show Hokuto it's way. Thus Centurion must help Kenshiro, the 64th successor of Hokuto and his future teacher, to stop the upcoming Age of Chaos and restore the balance between Hokuto and Nanto.
