Welcome to my first Eddie Munson fanfic! This book will not follow along with the TV show exactly. I just want to say this book has 2 writers for chapters 1-2 so I, Lucia, don't want to take all of the credit for it. I really hope you guys enjoy this story!!
I don't own any of the Stranger Things characters all of the credit for them goes to the Duffer Brothers and Netflix. I also do not take credit for any of the music featured in this story all of the credit for that goes to its respective artists, writers, labels, etc.
I don't think there will be any triggering subjects in this story but I will make sure to put warnings at the beginning of any chapter that does contain this material. I will mark any triggering sections with a * so you can skip over it :)
The main trope of this story is like friends to lovers like medium speed burn between Eddie and Lena for now, so buckle your seatbelts and enjoy the ride.

This story is a Steve x oc fem. But at first it's mainly following the friendship of Eddie and the main girl. Steve is just mentioned at times. He becomes the leading man after the whole Vecna awfulness. I will make this into 3 parts; Part 1 Friends and enemies, Part 2 Death and destruction, Part 3 Heartbreak and Love Emma moves with her dad all the way from Sweden to Indiana in the United states. In the small town of Hawkins she's new to school and feels like a freak. She befriends the outgoing Eddie Munson and he becomes the best friend she could have ever dreamt of. She loves him like the brother she's never had. But seeing as something's weird in this small town she's dragged in to events leading to Eddie's death. Emma doesn't know how to deal with life anymore, how do you go on when your best friend in the whole world dies? Well, you could always fall in love with the one guy you swore you'd never ever be more than a hook-up to. The one who helps you cope with Eddie's horrible faith, because he's equally heartbroken over it. This takes place during and after the events of Vecna's curse. This is a fanfic from the show stranger things, there will be season four spoilers. Since the show hasn't ended, and I just finished Vol two, this will not be canon accurate. I started writing before Vol two came out and I'm staying with my plot rather than follow the rest of the show. This is a happy ending fic so don't worry.
