A Court of Shadows and Heartbreak
OCxAzriel(acotar) This story follows Verena, a half high fae, half witch, who has lived with so much anger and despair since she was 16, when everything she knew and loved was taken from her by no other than the then High Lord of the Night Court. Centuries have passed, but Verena cannot let go of all the damage that has been done to her and to her people. This is why she finds herself in the last place she ever thought she would be at: the Night Court. She's after the last piece of her heritage; her mother's spell book, and nothing will stop her. Even if a certain shadowsinger has his eyes on her all the time. Oh, and did I forget to mention that the most powerful High Lord, Rhysand, is her brother? I do not own any of the Original characters from ACOTAR, only the ones I have created for this story. *Takes place before and after the events of ACOTAR ;) More coming soon...
The Circles of Magic 🌳 (The Curse of Magic Book 1)
As a Cursed elf, one born with no magic, Edwyr has been forced to live among humans for over ten years. He doesn't mind his job of defending the town that he now lives in from beast attacks, and he gets along with most of the humans well enough, but he can never quite make the bitterness and resentment over being exiled go away. Life goes on as usual until a talented but inexperienced elf named Feyrith arrives and tells Edwyr that the High Elven Council wants him to help Feyrith on a quest. Despite his hatred towards the Council, Edwyr ends up agreeing, if only because he doubts Feyrith can survive a trip like this alone. The task is to investigate strange magical energies in a ruin a few days' travel away. Edwyr assumes that the only thing to worry about will be avoiding getting killed by the jungle wildlife, but the mission turns much more complicated when they stumble across a conspiracy that aims to change everything about the elven society. Including both of their destinies. --------------------------- [word count: ≈ 90 000 words]Lengkap
A Court of Stars and Memories
Life in the Night Court is difficult for Lysander Marzena between juggling his official duties and personal affairs. As a high-ranking Illyrian warrior and a member of Rhysand's Inner Circle, Lysander takes his responsibilities very seriously. Sometimes too seriously. His family often has to remind him to take a break and focus on himself for a change. What they don't know is that he purposefully neglects doing so. If he did, he would be alone with his thoughts and forced to face many truths he's been trying to avoid. But unbeknownst to Lysander, a problem has arisen in the Winter Court, and from it, something will come to bring an end to life as he knows it. Or rather, someone. Disclaimer: I do not own the ACOTAR series or the characters and places therein. I take credit only for this story and my original characters. Moonshine
𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 '𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞' 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 'I love you. I'll find you. I love you.' The lengths one can go for love. The sacrifices one can make for love. The tortures one can endure for love. Marriage takes effort, and no one will find out just how much effort it takes like Sanya Pevensie will. Quests and transformations and mortality, and struggles painful enough that the Sanya who had been a Princess could never have imagined. Grief drives even the most wise of people to rashness, and no one understands that more than Edmund Pevensie does. Brash brothers, compatriots that were once enemies, and a Narnia that the Edmund of the Golden Age would not have recognised. But marriage and grief are not the forté for all. Susan prefers solemnity, and brooding in silence. Lucy thinks listening is all she can do, in her little body. Peter must protect his land, damned be the pretty dark eyes of the Prince who had stolen his home. And how easy humans are to manipulate? Gamleon's Tail ~ Welcome to the worlds of : Within ~
I wrote this for EVERYONE. To appeal to anyone that reads ANY genre. It combines almost all of them. It's an introduction to the Worlds of Within universe. When you get to the action parts (which doesn't take long) you should be invested enough to want to unravel the mysteries and enjoy its intrigue... The flood is raging. A terrifying, heartless mountain of water, swallowing the world . The tunnel networks? Of course, that won't save them. The forests? Like leaves in a breeze. The lookout towers and trade hubs? Gone. Washed clean. Every home, every last trace of what once was. Gamleon is the first to see it ... and survive. His mind is near collapse, his heart broken. He runs. What would YOU do? What could anyone do? Some scrape by in a mythological setting of beasts and medieval men. Cruel, literally cold-blooded Gorgon hordes enforce an absolute rule slithering in the tunnels beneath the feet of every kingdom. There is an isolated, forgotten place. A cavern, magnificent and vast, older than civilization. A place where the weird and the unwanted might ride out this cataclysm if Gamleon can stay alive long enough to get them there.. In this special place, something incredible, cut off from the outside, lurks. Something... you won't be ready for or ever expect. Gamleon, our weary adventurer, is a paradox: terrifying to some perhaps, yet his heart and intent is helpful, with a quiet dignity bordering on noble, intimidating and innately intelligent. The only way back out is to navigate the Gorgon tunnels. Join him, won't you ? Share his inner thoughts . See and feel how they help us all learn how to persist and triumph in spite of a world where everything is stacked against us. ( sound familiar, it should.) Join him and be swept away as he encounters or invents never-before-seen innovations and outrageous challenges. Dignity meets hope. Self-respect shines beyond courage. Welcome my friend to the Worlds of Within.
A Song of Faithless Shadows
Gwyneth had always felt connected to her faith, a higher power presiding over her. That faith had shaken that devastating day those years ago, the day that went on to haunt her every nightmare for years to come. She's still trying to come back from it, to not only restore her faith in life and love, but her faith in herself. The sanctity of her spirit- she prayed for resolve. Every punch was a prayer. Every mile was a hymn. Until her knuckles bled and her knees gave. Azriel had been surrounded by darkness his whole life, a poison on his world, on his being. He exercised restraint in his every waking moment, banishing that darkness within himself. Some guessed of the strain it put on him, but no one knew the extent of it, how deep his scars ran. It was better this way, he was sure. He had always thought that if there were a higher power- which he wholly doubted- such deities must loathe him to have burdened him such darkness. He hadn't much faith in the gods anyway, much less faith that he could sway their opinion on him. But Gwyneth and Azriel did have one thing in common: the quiet fight within themselves. They only knew one way: to go about it alone, couldn't fathom letting another in. But there's a magic in finding someone who is your equal but opposite, something transforming. And frankly, Gwyneth and Azriel could both use a little magic. All characters owned by SJM in the ACOTAR series. Story takes place after the events of ACOSF. Aligns with the events in my other fic: A Storm of Flames and Deceit. I haven't finished Crescent City, so this story takes place outside of the events of those books as well. A Court of Snow and Storms
One year ago, Prythian suffered an attack at the hands of the necromancer, Melantha. She was ultimately defeated, but the marks of her terrible influence still remain in the memories and on the bodies of her victims. Wynter, Heir to the Winter Court, bears many of those marks. Unable to live with himself after what happened on the island Inmortui, Wynter chose to go into seclusion and face his lingering trauma alone. Regardless of his attempts to isolate himself, there are those who refuse to abandon him, no matter how badly he wishes they would. Elodie Rohese has carried a fondness towards Wynter since she first met him, just before he was kidnapped by Melantha. She refuses to leave him alone in his isolation, and instead, visits his home frequently, even though he never admits her. Despite her uncle's wrath and prejudices, Elodie continues to reach out to Wynter. When circumstances finally drive Wynter to answer her, they are both swept into a storm of unresolved trauma and unacknowledged romance. Together, they can weather the storm, but apart, it will only break them. Disclaimer: I do not own the ACOTAR series or the characters and places therein. ☽✧ Lost In Prythian ✧☾ {Rhysand x OC}
Estelle Beaumont just wanted a peaceful hike on her last day of vacation. Instead, one ill-starred moment of curiosity leaves her miraculously stranded in the fictional world of Prythian: a faerie realm full of ruthless court intrigue, rampant misogyny, and enough deadly magic to keep anyone up at night. Armed with foreknowledge that's only helpful when it isn't actively trying to get her killed, Estelle quickly discovers that living through the story of ACOTAR is far less fun and far more perilous when it's her own basic-ass, untrained mortal life on the line. The plan is simple: keep her hands off of the plot and survive long enough to find a way back to the family and love she left behind. But the so-called "Mother" clearly has other ideas in store for Estelle, forcing her to confront an unsettling truth-her role here in Prythian may be far greater than that of a passive observer. As Estelle reluctantly abandons her original plan, uneasy alliances form, old wounds reopen, and fractured trust begins to mend. Love, loss, and the scars of the past converge as she slowly comes to realize that the family she thought she'd lost may yet take on a new shape-and that the life she left behind might be exactly what prepares her for the fight ahead. But the cost of shaping Prythian's future-and her own-may prove to be more than she can bear. After all, it's a future that was never meant to be hers in the first place. And this is all that damned Cauldron's fault... ☆⊱──────⊰ ☽✧☾ ⊱──────⊰☆ A/N: Warning: This fanfic is purely self-indulgent, with long-winded introspection and a major slowburn romance. Read at your own risk lol. Also if you don't like self-insert/iseki like tropes were an OC who read the books ends up in the fictional world as the new main character, you might want to skip this. Some things will stay very familiar, others will diverge completely, and I plan to add extra world building along the way. **Trigger W
A Court of Fallen Heroes ( Azriel x OC - ACoTaR Fanfiction )
Long before anyone thought to fear it, the veil between worlds had already begun to thin. Enough for old gods seeking justice to notice and take advantage of it. Rumors crossed borders, centuries passed, wars came and went and still the Faerie Realms and the Mortal Lands remained convinced that the distance between worlds was a law written in blood. Then, a deity found the fissure, and through it fell a woman from a world where Prythian had existed only in her imagination, carrying memories of wars already fought and futures yet to come. The price was her name, taken from her for eternity. Knowing a story and surviving inside it were two very different things, because the moment she arrived, the world began to shift beneath her feet. People were not quite as she remembered them, and choices bent in directions they were never supposed to take. Somewhere beyond what even the fae remembered, something ancient felt her crossing and turned its face toward her. This world had been waiting for her for a very long time. Waiting for the woman who would one day wield the Sun in her hands. For the Cursed Crown that would bow to no master it did not choose. And for a man born of shadows, irrevocably bound to her by the tongue of death itself. Azriel, the Night Court's Spymaster, is sent to hunt her, with every reason to believe the stranger who fell from another world may be the beginning of another catastrophe. Unfortunately for both of them, suspicion has never been particularly good at killing fascination. And perhaps, in the end, that is what this story has always been about: the nothingness that reached, at last, for something greater than ruin. 𓆩✴𓆪 Content Warning: This story contains explicit sexual content, graphic violence and mature themes. 𓆩✴𓆪 This is a slow-burn story. The protagonists do not meet immediately, and the beginning focuses heavily on worldbuilding and character development.
