Sinking Magic

A story about a young woman bound by fate, a fae without parents, and fighting the forces of evil.

Fulvia is the farmer's daughter. She grew up tending crops and chasing rats with the village boys. But she doesn't quite fit in with the family, held apart from them by her extra foot in height, strangely colored eyes, and most of all her drive to learn about the fae. All she's ever wanted to do is go to the capital, join the royal guard, and learn about the mysterious fae people. Unfortunately, the Guard does not accept women - not that that's going to stop Fulvia. When her gender is discovered, nowhere is safe from the unforgiving arm of the law. Except perhaps the other side of the Wall.

But how safe is a human in the Kingdom of the Fae?
