In the fictional city of Shiburn, Kentucky, crime rates rarely decrease. It's a national hotspot for crimes of all degrees, a city that reeks of expiry and deceit.

When a surge of killings shakes the town, police start to question what - or instead, who - is causing this disarray. Deirdre "Domino" Lavidière, an active serial killer in the city, and her group have contributed to more than half of the city's murders, making it the most dangerous city in Kentucky.

Her hectic double life never fails to exhaust her; being a trustworthy transportation inspector by day and a murderous pizzeria worker by night becomes tiring after several years.

One night, Deirdre meets a girl from the college nearby. At first, nothing seemed to be wrong with their relationship.

That was until Deirdre became obsessed.

Stalking ended with kidnapping, and kidnapping ended with twisted "love."

Now with a bounty over her head, will the pair manage to flip a bad story into a good one, or will it end as a tragedy from whence they can't escape?
