Whenever I feel any type of emotion I am always sure to write it down. I can be happy or sad, sometimes in between. All in all I never know what I'm going to feel next, no emotion is for sure of what you're going to feel next. You just feel when you do, other times it doesn't hit you till later. But at the end of the day it reaches you and you have to sit in your emotions and figure it all out.
