Everything is made of atoms.They shook, moved, flowed and flied around. Solid materials' atomic structure was close, a little close. Easy for chakra to connect, move around and bend.
Water was a little harder, they had a little more gap between. Ready to part itself. But the pull of material was still strong, it managed to hold a form and made it easier for the user to bend it upon learing how to control.
And then there is air. No one was able to control - let alone bending- it. It's structure was the most seperate one, departed from each other.They would touch- and push themselves away again.
The air wanted to be free. And no one could tame it.
Yet.

A cacophony of noise, heart beats like drums, the rushing of blood, the gentle exhales and inhales of the world. Water lapping, wind dancing through leaves and of fire crackling. Mixing Elements
The balance of nature is a beautiful thing. Everyone knows that balance is helped by Mother Nature. What people don't know is that there is too much chaos in the world for one person to handle. Mother Nature needed help to keep the balance between humans and nature. She chose four people. Four elements. Fire, air, earth, and water. Four people to help control the world's balance with their element. These four people are chosen from birth. Fire is strong and confident, yet badly tempered. Air is free-spirited, often a dancer who likes gossip. Earth is stubborn and greatly built. A great debater. Water is calm and graceful. If you mess with them though they can be worse than fire. Mother Nature chooses the new generation of elements based on who they are inside from birth. She trains them to use their element in secret. If society knew the elements walked among them the results could be catastrophic. People can belief in someone bigger than themselves, but if they knew what really went on the balance would die. The elements are to tell no one of their powers. The four most often form two couples. Mainly fire with air, and earth with water. The balance naturally is two boys and two girls. This is the story of four talented people who changed the rules, and dealt with the biggest natural chaos of mankind, that mankind never knew.

The girl this girl had zero presence even without hiding her chakra in fact even the greatest Kage would have trouble finding her even if she was right next to them but she was weak so she is not going to become a ninja right... Wrong she is sent there to be come stronger and so she can stop bothering everyone but her main question is 'how can a girl with no presence bother anyone?'
