Two best friends: one a science/history geek, and the other a daredevil who is always down for any challenge or new adventures. One chosen for her knowledge of ancient ruins, while the other is chosen as a well known survivalist. Together the pair travel on an expedition with a small military escort, other science nerds, and other miscellaneous sorts. Their mission for their boss with deep pockets? To explore an ancient, abandoned planet for potential human colonization.
