Criminals and villains alike lurk in the dark of rainy nights in Japan. They soon learn so does a ghoulish vigilante. Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi and Underground Hero Eraserhead attempt to hunt down the ghoul before its hunt lets it discover its place in the food chain of crime. Will they bite off more than they can chew when the ghoul crosses paths with a blood loving Himiko Toga?

One late night, after working himself to exhaustion, Izuku is found at his breaking point, feverish and alone, by pro-hero, UA teacher, and future father-figure Eraserhead. Will the world be able to look beyond the lack of a quirk and see this boy as a hero? However, Izuku was "friends" with Katsuki Bakugo, who bullied him and Y/n. It reached a point where Y/n received a video sent by Bakugo. After seeing the video, Y/n found himself being hopeless. However a strange man found him and offered him a chance to get back at the ones who wronged him. Filled with anger and a drive for revenge, Y/n accepted this offer and began his journey to become the next symbol of fear.

However, this lead his various allies to step up their attacks against hero society, desperate to get their master back.
