I know the majority of us have seen this Tv-Show. I personal love Riverdale it's most definitely one of my guilty pleasures. What I'm doing with the Tv-Show is obviously making it into a book but im also adding one of my Oc's in this story. So its basically the same thing as the Tv-show just in my Oc's point of view...If that makes senses. If it doesn't then you'll had to read to find out what I mean. I will be changing up some stuff though to make my character fit into the story. Also as much as I would like to I am not doing all 5 seasons of Riverdale! That would be too much!

I know it has a lot of parts but they are actual chapters! Our story is about a town, a small town, and the people who live in the town. From a distance, it presents its self like so many other small towns all over the world... Safe. Decent. Innocent. Get closer, though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath. The name of our town is Riverdale. And our story begins, I guess, with what the Blossom twins did this summer. On the fourth of July, just after dawn, Jason and Cheryl Blossom drove out to Sweetwater River for an early morning boat ride. The next thing we know happened for sure is that Dilton Doiley, who was leading Riverdale's Boy scout Troop on a bird watching expedition, came upon Cheryl by the river's edge. Riverdale Police dragged Sweetwater River for Jason's body, but never found it. So a week later, the Blossom Family buried a empty casket and Jason's death was ruled an accident, as a story that Cheryl told made the rounds. That Cheryl dropped a glove in the water, and Jason reached down to get it, and accidentally tipped the boat, and panicked, and drowned. After a while she stopped having sex randomly, she decided she needed to move on from Jughead, she took off the promise ring and looked for a new guy, and she did find a new guy...and was... falling in love. Jughead of course would spy on her with cameras even after his so called "death." He tried keeping an eye on her but now seeing her every night having sex with a new man has been killing her. Now seeing her falling in love with another man...he's angered and finally has come out of hiding. Of course when he goes to see Betty she's angry, pissed off, she hates him for leaving her like this. He's upset and wants to love her but she doesn't know wether she can trust him again. Will the couple get together again? What's going to happen with Jughead finally meeting the people who have traumatized Betty, will he keep his mouth shut or run off the deep end? Will we ever get to see Jughead's father again? What's going to happen with the gang of friends after months of no interaction? This story follows Riverdale Season 4. I decided to add in the first part of Riverdale Season 5 also because I felt that it was a better end point rather than what had to happen because of Covid. After break-up, Jughead and Betty managed to be friends for entire year, having calls and texts, sharing things about their lifes in university. Jughead tried really hard to keep it that way until he couldn't. One drunken call and their lifes changed in many ways. They started the hating competition - how rude and mean you can be to each others, how can you hurt other one even more? They don't see each other often, only few times in past several years, but they keep leaving messages here and there, hurtful ones. They hear things from their friends and family, but no, they don't wanna see each other. Jughead knows Betty likes to go out with Veronica and she works hard, she has a cat.
